The description

The heater and ventilation maintain pleasant temperature in car salon.

The left display serves for indication of the set temperature from outside the driver, and right for indication of the set temperature from outside the forward passenger.

All modes of the conditioner join and switched off by pressing of keys. At the included mode in a corresponding key the diode burns.

The filter

The filter substantially reduces quantity of a dust containing in external air, pollen, gases etc.

Filter element change according to the maintenance service Schedule.

At strong air pollution more frequent replacement of a filtering element can be demanded.

For normal work of system of heating and ventilation it is important, that the air inlet before a windscreen was not hammered by snow, ice or foliage.

Arriving through приточные channels and distributed then on all salon air leaves through exhaust cracks under back glass. Therefore do not close their subjects of clothes, etc. things.

Temperature regulation (-) (+)

The temperature in salon can be set separately for the party of the driver and the forward passenger.

The party of the driver

Actual value of temperature is displayed in the form of segment indication of the display located over keys.

In a mode maximum теплопроизводительности on the display indication the MOVE is deduced. At is minimum established temperature (external temperature) on the display indication MIN is deduced.

Switching of value of temperature for the driver on the party of the forward passenger and on the contrary occurs more long simultaneous pressing of keys (-) and (+) from outside the driver or the forward passenger. The new established temperature is deduced on indication of the corresponding display. There is a return possibility to earlier established temperature. For this purpose the driver or a lobby the passenger should establish anew temperature on the display.

Having warmed (defrosting) of glasses

As fast as possible defreezes and drains wind and lateral glasses.

  1. For inclusion press a key.
  2. For deenergizing again press a key.

The temperature is regulated automatically. The maximum giving of air is carried out mainly on channels 1 and 2.

The air circulation mode is switched off by pressing of a key.

Fan adjustment (-) (+)

Frequency of rotation of the fan can decrease and increase.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. For adjustment of turns of the fan (air giving) press a key (-) or (+) (C).

Actual turns of the fan it is displayed in the form of segment indication of the display located over keys.

We recommend, at movement with small speed, to include the fan on low power.

For hit prevention in salon of polluted external air include pressing of a key a circulation mode (F).

Air distribution

It is possible to change a mode of distribution of air.

Probably both separate, and the combined manipulation keys, and, (D). Three keys have following appointment. Numbers correspond to nozzles and дефлекторам.

Air giving to glasses

All expense of air is realised on channels 1 and 2. Unlike a mode the quantity of air does not change.

Air giving from outside panels of devices

All expense of air is realised with giving through deflectors 3 and 4 panels of devices, and also the central console behind.

Air giving in space for feet

All expense of air is realised through приточные channels 5 and nozzles under forward seats.

In the resulted positions воздухораспределителя some leak of air through others deflectors always takes place.

Circulation mode

In a mode of circulation air access is from the outside blocked, and its volume is distributed in salon on a circle. The circulation mode is recommended to be included in following situations:

At movement through a tunnel or in a transport stopper for prevention of hit of external air in salon.

For the safety reasons, at the pressed key the air circulation mode is impossible.

Inclusion and fan OFF deenergizing

  1. Press a key <OFF>. The fan is switched off and access of external air is blocked.

Besides, the fan again joins repeated pressing of a key <OFF>, and also pressing of a key of the fan or temperature regulation (+).

The conditioner at any time year automatically maintains the set temperature in car salon.

Recommended all-weather typical adjustment:

  2. Press a key <AUTO>.

Such adjustment provides as much as possible fast creation in salon of a comfortable microclimate. Therefore to recede from it there is a sense only in the event that it is dictated by own state of health.

The conditioner represents a combination of a heater, the fan and a refrigerator, working in an automatic mode. The conditioner provides fall of humidity and air cooling in salon.

The conditioner completely automatically supports the set temperature mode in car salon. For this purpose the temperature and quantity arriving on приточным to air channels automatically change, and also air streams are distributed. The conditioner reacts also to a sunlight and consequently manual updating is not required. For this reason the automatic mode almost in all cases represents an optimum variant of good state of health in the car at any time year.

In a mode of cooling humidity of air in salon goes down. Thanks to it it is prevented запотевание glasses.

At high external temperature and humidity from the evaporator the condensed water, forming under the car a pool can drip. It normally also is not a depressurization sign!

The fan joins in cold weather only after warming up of a cooling liquid to the necessary temperature. The exception makes a mode of heating of a windscreen.

At sharp трогание with completely squeezed out pedal of an accelerator the conditioner compressor is disconnected for some time for realisation of a total power of the engine.

The compressor is disconnected at too heat of a cooling liquid for maintenance of normal cooling of the engine in the conditions of extreme loading.

The filter of thin clearing

The filter (consisting of the filter of microparticles and the activated coal) substantially reduces quantity of a dust containing in external air, pollen, gases etc.

If you had suspicions that the conditioner is faulty, it is necessary to include at once mode ECON and to check up the conditioner.

Inclusion of an automatic mode

  1. Set temperature in limits from + 18°С (64°F) to +29°С (86°F)
  2. Press a key <AUTO>.

In an automatic mode the set temperature is supported and humidity of air in salon decreases. The temperature, quantity and air distribution are regulated automatically by criterion of the quickest achievement and the subsequent maintenance of the necessary temperature in salon. Automatic reaction to fluctuations of temperature of external air, and also to sun influence is thus provided.

The given mode is possible only in a temperature range from +18°С to +29°С. At the established temperature less +18°С on the display there is an indication «LO». At temperature more +29°С there is an indication «HI». In final positions «LO» and «HI» the system constantly works in a mode maximum hlado - or warmly productivity. Thus there is no temperature regulation.

By long pressing of a key <AUTO> from outside the driver it is possible to switch a mode of regulation of temperature to the party of the forward passenger and on the contrary. Indication of new temperature is deduced on the display.

Indication of the established temperature is deduced on the display located over keys.

Switching of value of temperature for the driver on the party of the forward passenger and on the contrary occurs more long pressing of a key <AUTO> from outside the driver. The new established temperature is deduced on indication of the corresponding display. There is a return possibility to earlier established temperature. For this purpose the driver or the forward passenger should establish anew temperature on the party.

Economic mode ECON

The economic mode promotes economy of fuel.

  1. For inclusion press a key <ECON>.
  2. For deenergizing again press a key <ECON> or a key <AUTO>.

In mode ECON the compressor does not work. Heater and fan function is regulated automatically. «ECON» "economy" means. Fuel is saved thanks to switching-off of the refrigerating unit (compressor).

Remember that in mode ECON the temperature in salon should not be below external temperature. Otherwise air will not be cooled, and its humidity will not decrease. Glasses as a result can mist over.

Inclusion of mode ECON of the car with the diesel engine disconnects an additional heater and by that fuel is saved.

Automatic mode of circulation

The sensor control of quality of air defines the raised concentration of harmful substances in external air and automatically includes a circulation mode.

The automatic mode of circulation should be included whenever possible always.

The device is ready for operation in 30 seconds after inclusion of ignition/start of the engine. In the given time interval in the car external air arrives only.

Degree of impurity of external air is estimated by the sensor control of quality of air located in the conditioner which, depending on impurity level, gives a command of clearing of air by means of serially established filter of harmful substances or a command of inclusion of a mode of circulation. At high concentration of harmful substances the conditioner is automatically switched in a mode of circulation and, thereby, access of external air to salon is blocked. At decrease in degree of impurity of external air in salon external air again starts to arrive.

The maximum duration of an automatic mode of circulation makes 12 minutes. At запотевании glasses at once press a key.

Under certain conditions operation (for example, program position or) the automatic mode of circulation is switched off. In mode ECON and temperature less-8°S time of an automatic mode of circulation is limited to twelve (12) seconds.

Switching of units of measure of temperature

Temperature indication can be switched from Celsius scale to the Fahrenheit scale and on the contrary.

Correction of turns of the fan (-) (+)

The turns of the fan set by automatics can decrease and increase.

  1. For adjustment of turns of the fan press the control panels of a key located in the centre (-) or (+).

The conditioner automatically regulates frequency of rotation of the fan depending on temperature in salon. The quantity of air can be regulated also at will manually. Actual frequency of rotation is displayed in the form of segment indication of the display located over keys.

Nozzles and deflectors

At conditioner work in a mode of cooling air arrives mainly on channels (3) and (4). For the purpose of effective cooling of salon never close completely channels (3) and (4).

Air distribution

It is possible to change the mode of distribution of air set by automatics.

Probably both separate, and the combined manipulation keys, or. If necessary to return to an automatic mode of distribution of air disconnect corresponding functions by pressing of the given keys separately or key pressing <AUTO>.

The conditioner and economy of fuel

Competent operation of the conditioner helps to save fuel.

Working in a mode of cooling the conditioner reduces capacity of the engine and influences the fuel expense. Therefore for maximum минимиза

  • For economy of fuel include a mode <ECON>.

Result of economy of fuel is reduction of emission of harmful substances in atmosphere.

The conditioner operated a key

At ignition inclusion the parametres of the conditioner programmed on a key automatically are reproduced.

Parametres of adjustment of the conditioner are programmed automatically and correspond to a used key. At engine start the parametres programmed on a given key automatically are reproduced. Thus, each driver can automatically reproduce the key adjustment preferred to it, without resorting each time to new adjustment.

If other driver uses your key and changes parametres of adjustment of the conditioner in this case there is a programming of the parametres established by the given driver on your key

The fan with a drive from the solar battery/panel of a roof with the solar battery

At a sufficient sunlight the fan after ignition deenergizing continues to work on a solar energy in a mode of giving of external air.

After deenergizing of ignition the fan is automatically switched to a food from the roof of a solar energy located in the panel. For optimum ventilation should be opened deflectors 3 and 4.

Ventilation works only at the closed/lifted panel of a roof.

At engine deenergizing in a mode of circulation the conditioner is automatically switched to a mode of giving of external air.

Independent heater and the fan

The description

The independent heater/fan can work irrespective of the engine.

The independent heater works irrespective of the engine. The principle of its work is based on fuel combustion. It is intended first of all for warming up of salon and facilitates defrosting of glasses.

The independent heater can be used as an additional heater both at the switched off engine, and at movement (for example, at a stage of warming up of the engine).

The independent fan also works irrespective of the engine and effectively promotes temperature decrease in salon of the car left on the sun.

Management of a mode of independent heating/ventilation is carried out by means of information system of the driver (FIS). In the menu it is possible to program time and duration of inclusion. Operation time of an independent heater/fan can fluctuate in limits from 15 till 60 minutes. The independent heater/fan can be switched on and off also remote радиоуправлением*.

At the programmed timer and at inclusion by means of remote radio management an operating mode (the independent heater or the fan) is defined on a basis сравнивания established by you corresponding controls of system of heating/ventilation or the conditioner of temperature with actual temperature in salon.

If fuel level in a tank has reached a reserve it is impossible to include an independent heater.

The independent heater the fan is disconnected at once at poorly charged accumulator. For safety of the accumulator do not include some times successively independent heater.

Operation of an independent heater of the fan does not demand special adjustment of the conditioner. It is recommended to open air giving.

At car operation on fuel RME (the diesel engine) application of an independent heater is not supposed.

For acceleration of cooling of an independent heater after its each deenergizing some time the circulating pump and the fan submitting hot air continue to work.

Programming

Management of an independent heater of the fan is carried out by the rotary/press button of the central console.

Control panel display FIS: menu Einstellen, the line Standheizung is chosen

Control panel display FIS: menu Heizen/Luften, it is chosen Timer 3

Programming and management is carried out through modes of adjustment of the display of information system of driver FIS, the Information system of the driver (FIS) see.

  1. Press a key <MENU>. There is an initial menu, see илл. Indication kinds.
  2. Rotation of the rotary/press button establish a line of sample on Einstellen (adjustment) (on a red background).
  3. Confirm sample by pressing of the rotary/press button. There is a menu list.
  4. In the same way from the given menu choose the menu Standheizung/- Luften (an independent heater/fan).
  5. Press the rotary/press button. There is menu Heizen/Luften (heating/ventilation).
  6. Include actual function by rotation/pressing of the rotary/press button (- yes, - is not present) and, if necessary, carry out other adjustment.

Following kinds of adjustment are possible:

  • Heizung ein/luftung ein: operative inclusion of an independent heater/fan
  • Timer 1 2 3: Inclusion of the actual timer
  • Xx:xx/xx.xx.: inclusion time
  • Dauer xx Min: duration of work for the actual timer or for using without the timer
  • Incl. motor: residual heat for engine warming up

In a mode «Incl. motor» (only some updatings of the car) the part of heat of an independent heater in addition is used for engine warming up.

Timer choice, installation of time and duration of inclusion

Adjustment of an independent heater of the fan is carried out through FIS.

  1. Choose menu Hizen/Luften (heater/fan).
  2. Rotation of the rotary/press button establish a line of sample on Timer 1 2 3.
  3. Press the rotary/press button, one of timer figures yet will not start to blink.
  4. Rotation of the rotary/press button choose the actual timer.
  5. With repeated pressing of the rotary/press button confirm sample of the actual timer.

Installation of time of inclusion

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Rotation of the rotary/press button establish a line of a choice on hh:hh/hh.hh.
  2. Press the rotary/press button. Hour indication blinks.
  3. Rotation of the rotary/press button establish hour indication.
  4. Again press the rotary/press button. Indication of minutes blinks.
  5. In the same way establish indication of minutes, day and month.
  6. Press the rotary/press button. Now adjustment of other functions or an exit from the menu through command Zuruck is possible.

Operation time installation

  1. Rotation of the rotary/press button establish a line of sample on Dauer хх Min (duration хх minutes).
  2. Press the rotary/press button. Indication of duration of inclusion blinks.
  3. Rotation of the rotary/press button choose duration installation (5-minute values in limits from 15 till 60 minutes).
  4. Press the rotary/press button. Now adjustment of other functions or an exit from the menu through command Zuruck is possible.

After inclusion of an independent heater of the fan through menu Heizung ein or Luftung ein (operative inclusion of a heater or the fan) or remote radio management are staticized the established parametres of duration of work of the timer 1.

The maximum time of preliminary programming of an independent heater/fan makes 30 days. At input of the value exceeding the given figure, an adjustment marker it is established for the greatest possible date.

At installation of already expired date the adjustment marker comes back to indication of today's date. If entered time of hours (timer) already has expired, there is an automatic switching for tomorrow's date.

Timer inclusion

The timer includes an independent heater/fan in set time.

The display of a digital watch: the timer is included

After sample of the timer, time installation, and duration of inclusion include timer function as follows:

  2. Short pressing of the rotary/press button establish a tick.
  3. Now adjustment of other functions or an exit from the menu through command Zuruck is possible.

The timers resulted in operating conditions are presented on the display of a digital watch in the form of following symbols:

— An independent heater

— The independent fan

After timer adjustment both symbols are deduced on indication of the display of hours simultaneously.

At work of an independent heater or the fan the corresponding symbol blinks.

Operative inclusion

Probably also operative inclusion of an independent heater/fan.

In menu Hizen/Luften (heater/fan) choose a line Heizung ein (operative inclusion of a heater) or Luftung ein (operative inclusion of the fan).

  1. Pressing of the rotary/press button establish a tick, opposite Heizung Ein. The independent heater/fan Thereby joins.
  2. Now adjustment of other functions or an exit from the menu through command Zuruck is possible

Duration of work after operative inclusion is defined by the set adjustment of time of the timer 1 (Timer 1).

Operative deenergizing

The independent heater/fan can be switched off also manually.

  1. In menu Hizen/Luften (heating/ventilation) choose a line Heizung ein (operative inclusion of a heater) or Luftung ein (operative inclusion of the fan).
  2. Pressing of the rotary/press button remove a tick. Thereby the independent heater/fan is switched off.
